Usually, all orders will process within 2-5 hours & local deliveries within UAE will be done within 2 business days after the order has been processed, and international deliveries will be done in 1-4 working days after the order has been processed.
We have multiple shipping options for fast delivery as per the customer choice. Please select your preferred shipping method at the checkout.
All orders will process and ship from Saturday to Thursday. Orders placed on Fridays will be processed and/or shipped the following day. We will not be processing or shipping orders on Fridays and Public Holidays according to UAE.
- International deliveries timeline also depends on customs clearance in the destination country. We ship to UAE, KSA, Oman, Bahrain, Kuwait, Egypt, Jordan and Lebanon.
About Customs, Duties, and Taxes:
Orders shipped outside the United Arab Emirates may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties, and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient; YallaGamers.com has no control over these charges, nor can YallaGamers.com predict what they may be.
Cancelations and Returns:
Our policy lasts 3 days. If 3 days have gone by since you received the item, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
We will NOT REFUND the following:
- Gift cards
- Action Figures
- Free Gifts
- Downloadable software products
- Products on sale
- Customized consoles and accessories
- Any item that is returned more than 3 days after delivery
- Any item not in its original condition. Or if has physically damaged including packaging or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer nor to us until you contact us first via email at email@example.com or in the website chat service or by calling us to +971 4 241 2343 and we will provide you with the necessary steps.
Refunds (if applicable)
Generally, we DO NOT do payment refunds. All our refunds will be in form of a Gift Card. You can use this balance against your future purchases.
Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. After we inspect the item (usually within 3-5 working days from receiving the product) and if it meets the return policy, your refund will be processed, and a Gift Card with the balance will be sent to you via email, within 3 days from approval. All returns are subject to deduction of AED50 as a restocking fee plus the shipping fee.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged from the manufacturer. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com or contact us via the website chat service or call us to +971 4 241 2343 for further assistance. If you want to exchange it with a different item, we will send you a Gift Card with the amount after receiving the defective product from you so you can use the balance on your next purchase.
Return Shipping Fees
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over AED250, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
What is PRE-ORDER?
A pre-order is an order placed for an item which has not yet been released. The idea for pre-orders came when people found it hard to get popular items in-stores due to their popularity.
When an item opens for Pre-Order, we include our best estimate of the availability date. We will always do our best to meet this date. However, sometimes production and shipping schedules change, which means we need to update the timing accordingly.
Payments and Cancelation of Pre-Order
Please note that we accept Visa and Mastercard ONLY for Pre-Order outside UAE. Online payments and COD is acceptable in UAE for Pre-Order, however, COD Pre-Orders won't be guaranteed as the priority is for paid customers. Your credit card will be charged immediately once your Pre-Order is submitted. Any Pre-Order made with Cash on Delivery will be canceled.
Pre-Order amounts will be charged in full. Cancelation of the Pre-Order is allowed only up to 5 days before the mentioned release date. If Canceled during the time allowed, a Gift Card will be issued for the customer with the amount and the order will be canceled. Any cancelation request made less than 5 days from release date will be rejected and no refund will be issued.
Yallagamers.com reserve the right to cancel any Pre-Order listed item or, modify and adjust time due to the publisher time change. In this case, the customer has the right to cancel the order and ask for a full refund to his/her payment method or ask for a Gift Card with the balance to use it against future purchases.

Pre-order Price Guarantee
Yallagamers.com's price for not-yet-released items sometimes changes between the time the item is listed for sale and the time it is released and shipped. Whenever you pre-order a product, the price we charge when we ship it to you will be the lowest price offered by Yallagamers.com between the time you placed your order and the end of the day of the release date. The order summary in Your Account will reflect the lowest price within 24 hours of the price change.
Terms and Conditions
- Pre-order Price Guarantee applies only to not-yet-released products and video games sold by Yallagamers.com. It does not apply to other product lines or to items that have already been released.
- Pre-order Price Guarantee applies only to qualifying items displaying the offer message on their product detail pages. Items that do not display the offer message do not qualify, regardless of the nature of the items.
- If your order enters the shipping process before the release date and the price is lowered before the end of the day of the release date, we will automatically refund your credit card for the difference between the price you were charged and the release-date price.

Pre-Orders of Collector's Editions will be delivered 1-15 day from the date of the release. Unless the publisher has globally changed the previously announced release date. Customers will be notified by email once their orders are shipped or in case of a date change.
